Complaints or Compliments

If you wish to raise a formal complaint or bring to our attention the positive work of the church, you should, in the first instance, raise it in writing to the Parish Office either by letter or by email.

If you wish your complaint to be private, then please state ‘Private and Confidential’ on the front of the letter or in the subject bar of the email. This will be reviewed and sent to the most appropriate senior staff member. Please include enough explanation of the basis for your complaint. The member of staff will consider the best form of response, whether by written correspondence or in person.

If it is considered a meeting is appropriate, the meeting will normally be held within five working days of the formal complaint being raised. The point of contact will then normally respond to the complaint in writing within five working days of the meeting.
