Children
As valued members of the St. Editha's community, children of all ages are very welcome in worship. During the 10.00am Sunday service we run a weekly children's club in church with family-friendly activities. There is a dedicated children's area with toys and books, as well as other children's activities throughout the year.
Music
Since the very earliest days, music has been at the heart of Christian worship. We continue this tradition with our magnificent church choir, which sings at most of our Sunday services. Music at services is wide-ranging, from ancient plainsong to modern commissions, and usually accompanied by the playing of our exceptional organ. Occasionally worship may also include other musicians and instruments.
The choir is currently actively recruiting. If you would like further details, please get in touch.
Weddings, Baptisms and Funerals
Every year, St. Editha's is pleased to be able to celebrate a number of weddings and baptisms, and we are privileged to be a place of farewell for funerals and memorial services. If you would like further details pleased contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
